The mission of the Marty Hancock Scholarship Fund, Inc. is to honor the legacy of Marty Hancock, who served as Drama Director at Miami Senior High School, in the heart of Miami-Dade County, Florida, for 31 years, from September 1964 through June 1995.

Through her dedication to education and the performing arts, Marty inspired generations of students to develop their talents, pursue their dreams, and recognize their potential both on and off the stage.

The Marty Hancock Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for graduating high school students who have demonstrated talent, dedication, and promise in drama, choral music, television and media production, technical theatre, and related performing arts.

Through charitable fundraising and responsible stewardship, the organization awards annual scholarships to help deserving students with the costs of tuition, books, educational supplies, fees, and other qualified college expenses as they pursue postsecondary education.
